A jury convicted Rashawn T. Anderson of intentional second-degree murder and reckless aggravated battery for shooting two men on a downtown street in Lawrence following a rap concert. There were several eyewitnesses. The Court of Appeals affirmed his convictions. State v. Anderson, No. 99,123, ___ Kan.App.2d ___, 2009 WL 793019 (Kan. App.2009) (unpublished opinion).
