Jimmy Wayne Miles was civilly committed to the custody of the Secretary of the Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services (SRS) in December 2001. Since that time, he has been a resident in the Sexual Predator Treatment Program (SPTP) at Larned State Security Hospital.
