Patrick Unrein appeals an order of the district court requiring him to register as an "[o]ffender" under the Kansas Offender Registration Act (KORA), K.S.A. 2010 Supp. 22-4902(a)(7), because he used a deadly weapon in the commission of two attempted aggravated assaults.
