Ten years after Rolland Berreth was convicted and sentenced for one count of aggravated kidnapping and three counts of aggravated criminal sodomy with a child under 14 years of age, he filed a pro se motion to correct an illegal sentence under K.S.A. 22-3504. His appointed counsel later filed motions citing K.S.A. 60-1507, which expanded Berreth's pro se...
