Midwest Manufacturing, Inc., challenges the district court's dismissal on jurisdictional grounds of their malicious prosecution suit against Wayne and Eileen Ausland and their attorney, Charles Oakley. The district court dismissed the action, holding that the defendants lacked the necessary minimum contacts with Kansas to satisfy constitutional due process requirements for Kansas to exercise personal jurisdiction over them.
