Defendant Randall Murray appeals the denial of his motion to correct an illegal sentence for his 28-year-old convictions of aggravated robbery and felony murder. He argues that he did not receive a required competency hearing and thus the district court lacked jurisdiction to try and sentence him. We reverse the district court's decision summarily denying Murray's motion and remand for an evidentiary hearing...
