This is a direct appeal from Nathan Inkelaar's convictions for one count of rape, one count of aggravated indecent liberties with a child, one count of attempted aggravated indecent liberties with a child, and three counts of aggravated criminal sodomy. He argues: (1) The trial court erred in allowing the State to introduce K.S.A. 60-455 evidence of prior sexual abuse to show plan, intent, or absence of mistake...
