Kenneth Crawford appeals his convictions and sentences for aggravated kidnapping, aggravated indecent liberties with a child, and criminal threat. Crawford claims: (1) his statutory right to a speedy trial was violated; (2) the prosecutor committed multiple acts of prosecutorial misconduct; (3) the district court committed judicial misconduct; (4) he was denied a fair trial based on cumulative error; (5) the district court improperly aggregated three misdemeanors...
