Defendant Christopher Dwayne Hall attempts to appeal after entering guilty pleas to six felonies and one misdemeanor in Shawnee County. Hall challenges his competency to enter a plea and to be sentenced. Hall also alleges that the district judge did not properly advise him of the maximum penalty for first-degree murder.
