Jarrod W. Roy appeals from a judgment of the trial court dismissing his paternity action for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. In addition, the trial court held that Jarrod's paternity action was barred by the 3-year statute of limitations under K.S.A. 38-1115(a)(2).
