GREEN, J.

James and Linda Strieby were divorced on April 27, 2005, after 29 years of marriage. The divorce decree incorporated a separation agreement, which settled the maintenance that James was to pay to Linda. On appeal, James contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion to terminate or modify maintenance because of a change in circumstances. We disagree. In addition, James asserts that the trial court erred in increasing and accelerating his maintenance...
