Joseph C. Hogan appeals his convictions for possession of methamphetamine and no drug tax stamp, arguing the district court erred in denying his motion to suppress the evidence obtained in a search of his vehicle. Concluding the search was not consensual, we reverse the district court and remand for further proceedings.
