PIERRON, J.

Daniel Ray Cook appeals his conviction for felony possession of marijuana. He argues the trial court erroneously admitted evidence of his prior marijuana conviction, the trial court failed to fully investigate his requests for a new attorney, the prosecutor committed prosecutorial misconduct during closing argument, the cumulative effect of the trial errors denied him a fair trial, and the trial court erred in not requiring his criminal history
