Margaret LeAnn Olds-Carter was injured in an accident while driving a semi truck that she leased from Lakeshore Farms, Inc. (Lakeshore). Olds-Carter was granted workers compensation benefits from the administrative law judge (ALJ). The ALJ's decision was affirmed by the Appeals Board for the Kansas Division of Workers Compensation (Board).
