Raton Shaha appeals the district court's denial of the relief requested in his K.S.A. 60-1507 motion. He alleges the court failed to follow K.S.A. 75-4351 et seq. in the appointment of an interpreter at the trial and the evidentiary hearing. Shaha also challenges the district court's rejection of his ineffective assistance of counsel claim.
