Cornerstone Homes, LLC (Cornerstone), is a seller of mobile homes, sometimes referred to as manufactured homes. It sold such a home to Gary, Alberta, and Shawn Skinner, who made a cash down payment. They signed a note and gave a mortgage on certain real estate they owned in favor of Cornerstone for the remainder of the purchase price.
