Joseph A. Gordon, a/k/a Joseph A. Speer, the minor son of Cynthia Speer, lost his life in a tragic vehicle accident while riding on a school bus. The accident was solely caused by the negligence of the school bus driver who at the time of the accident was an employee of a school district. Several other children also suffered injuries giving rise to multiple claims against the school district and the bus driver. The Kansas Tort Claims Act, K.S.A. 75-6101...
