Scott Ochs appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Federated Mutual Insurance Company (Federated Mutual) that denied Ochs' claim for underinsured motorist coverage for a motor vehicle accident. Ochs also appeals the trial court's denial of his motion for summary judgment. The facts are not in dispute.
