PIERRON, J.

Christopher G. Cuthbertson appeals the district court's judgment affirming of the administrative suspension of his driver's license and resulting lifetime suspension of his commercial driver's license. Cuthbertson claims the police officer misinformed him that a failure of the breath test would have the same consequences for both his regular driver's license and his commercial driver's license (CDL).
