Ricardo Rivera appeals his conviction for two counts of rape, raising several claims of error: (1) that the district court relieved the State of its burden to prove that the rape took place in Kingman County, (2) that the district court failed to make the State specify which actions it relied upon for each rape charge, resulting in the possibility of a nonunanimous jury verdict, (3) that the district court failed to give Rivera a new attorney after a conflict...
