Lynwood Baker filed a pro se motion under K.S.A. 60-1507. The trial court appointed counsel and granted a hearing on his motion. The motion was summarily denied. Baker appeals from the trial court's judgment denying his K.S.A. 60-1507 motion. On appeal, Baker contends that the trial court erred in dismissing his K.S.A. 60-1507 motion as untimely. We agree.
