William C. McCabe d/b/a Appliance Workshop, appeals the dismissal of his negligence action against Wyatt A. Hoch and the law firm of Foulston Siefkin LLP. McCabe, while represented by an attorney, originally sued Schoenwald Structural Engineering for professional negligence in the design of a roof.
