Lassley (collectively referred to as Plaintiffs), real estate broker and a real estate agent, respectively, appeal from a summary judgment entered in favor of I.T.J. Investments, Inc. (ITJ), which denied them commissions under an exclusive right to sell agreement with ITJ.
