In this appeal we are asked to determine whether claims for deficiencies in an abstractor's certificate of title are actionable under the law of torts. Here, the plaintiff proceeded in tort, and the defendant claims that the district court erred in permitting the plaintiff to do so. The defendant also claims the district court erred in admitting opinion testimony and in permitting the plaintiff's claim to be submitted...
