The City of Wichita appeals the trial court's dismissal of a criminal trespass charge against Jeff Bannon. The facts that led to the charge against Bannon are set forth in our earlier opinion in City of Wichita v. Bannon, 37 Kan.App.2d 522, 154 P.3d 1170 (2007), and need not be recounted here. It suffices to say that Mid-America Auto Auction operates an auction facility in Wichita for licensed automobile dealers...
