Charles Hunter appeals from his jury trial conviction and sentence for battery of a law enforcement officer in violation of K.S.A. 21-3413(a)(3). First, Hunter contends that the trial court committed clear error based on the verdict form used in instructing the jury to consider Hunter's defense of his mental disease or defect. We disagree.
