Harriet Eggeson appeals from a judgment of the trial court denying admission of the purported February 13, 1987, last will and testament of John F. Leavey, deceased, to probate. On appeal, Eggeson argues that the scrivener's initials in the lower right corner of the attestation page of the purported February 1987 will met the requirements of K.S.A. 59-606 for the will to be admitted to probate.
