Buckley Kuenstler appeals from the trial court's judgment dismissing his petition for review of an administrative ruling by the Kansas Department of Revenue (KDR). The KDR's ruling suspended Kuenstler's driving privileges. First, Kuenstler argues that the trial court erred in determining that it lacked subject matter jurisdiction because his petition failed to comply with K.S.A. 77-614(b)(5). We disagree. Because...
