Toriana L. Henson was convicted of premeditated first-degree murder for the shooting death of Randy Davis and of criminal possession of a firearm. He appeals, raising a four-pronged attack on his murder conviction. This court has jurisdiction under K.S.A. 22-3601(b)(1) (life sentence; off-grid crime).
