Shannon D. Tatum appeals his convictions of one count each of cultivation of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. The single issue is whether the district court erred in denying Tatum's motion to suppress the evidence. Specifically, Tatum claims the district court erred in ruling that his consent to search his residence was voluntary.
