This is an appeal from a district court order approving the Morris County Board of County Commission's award of $4,050 in damages to Davenport Pastures, LP. The Commission made the award because it had closed two unimproved roads that touched the north end of Mulvane Ranch, a ranch that Davenport had leased for cattle grazing.
