Eric Paul Loggins appeals his sentences following his convictions of felony theft in two separate cases. Loggins claims the district court erred in calculating his criminal history score for the purpose of determining his sentences. He also claims the district court erred by ordering him to pay the Board of Indigents' Defense Services (BIDS) application fee in each case. Finally, Loggins claims that the imposition of a BIDS application fee under K.S.A...
