GREEN, J.

Kirk T. Wilson appeals from a judgment of the trial court dismissing his K.S.A. 60-1507 motion as untimely. We hold that Wilson's initial 60-1507 motion was timely. Nevertheless, we determine that Wilson's amended 60-1507 motion was untimely. Finally, we determine that the trial court properly concluded that no manifest injustice would occur in failing to accept Wilson's amended 60-1507 motion. Accordingly, we affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand...
