[1] Appellant-Plaintiff, McGraw Property Solutions, LLC (McGraw), on interlocutory appeal, appeals the trial court's summary judgment in favor of Appellee-Defendant, Jason Jenkins (Jenkins), concluding that Jenkins timely cancelled the contract within three days of acceptance.
