On March 6, 2020, Governor Holcomb declared a public health emergency in Indiana relating to the 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19); and on March 13, President Trump declared a national emergency relating to the virus. Since then, Governor Holcomb has issued Executive Orders 20-08, 20-17, 20-18, and 20-22, extending the declaration of a public health emergency through May 4 and ordering Hoosiers to remain in their homes except for certain permitted activities...
