Kosciusko County Community Fair, Inc., (the "Fair") appeals the trial court's September 3, 2019 order finding a restrictive covenant related to motorized racing on its property is enforceable. We affirm the court's order and remand for a determination of damages pursuant to Ind. Appellate Rule 66(E).
