MGPI of Indiana, LLC ("MGPI") challenged a rate setting ordinance ("the Ordinance") adopted by the South Dearborn Regional Sewer District ("the District") and upheld by the District Authority of Dearborn County ("The District Authority"). The Dearborn Circuit Court issued an order upholding the District Authority's ruling.
