Court of Appeals Case No. 10A01-1703-CR-586.

101 N.E.3d 242 (2018)

Michael FLOWERS, Appellant-Defendant, v. STATE of Indiana, Appellee-Plaintiff.

Court of Appeals of Indiana.

Filed April 18, 2018.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

ATTORNEY FOR APPELLANT: Christopher Sturgeon , Clark County Public Defender's Office, Jeffersonville, Indiana.

ATTORNEYS FOR APPELLEE: Curtis T. Hill, Jr. , Attorney General of Indiana, J.T. Whitehead , Deputy Attorney General, Indianapolis, Indiana.

Michael Flowers appeals the trial court's revocation of his placement in a community corrections program. Flowers raises one issue which we revise and restate as whether the doctrine of res judicata precludes the trial court's revocation of his placement. We reverse and remand.
