STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Appellant-Defendant, Monica Dycus (Dycus), appeals her conviction for operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, a Class A misdemeanor, Ind. Code § 9-30-5-2(a).

We reverse and remand for a new trial.
