STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Appellants-Plaintiffs, Jalen Lee (Lee) — by his next friend, Crystal Estes — and Crystal Estes individually, appeal the trial court's summary judgment in favor of Appellee-Defendant, City of Columbus (City).1

We reverse and remand.
