OPINION

KIRSCH, Judge.

Antonio L. Vaughn was convicted after a jury trial of two counts of dealing in cocaine,1 each as a Class A felony, and one count of maintaining a common nuisance,2 a Class D felony, and was sentenced to an aggregate term of forty years with twenty years suspended and twenty years executed.
