STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Appellant-Respondent, Heather Anne Herren (Herren), appeals the small claims court's Order of Replevin granting canine ownership to Appellee-Plaintiff, Jerry Dishman, Jr. (Dishman).

We affirm.
