Daniel L. Koch ("Dan") appeals the judgment of the Vanderburgh Circuit Court declaring that Lori A. Koch ("Lori"), as Personal Representative of the Estate of William A. Koch, Jr. ("Will"), was the owner of certain shares of Koch Development Corporation ("KDC") and did not have to sell the shares to KDC and Dan pursuant to a shareholders' agreement.
