STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Appellant-Defendant, Steven Weinreb (Weinreb), appeals the trial court's partial grant of summary judgment and grant of a monetary award to Appellee-Plaintiff, Fannie Mae, Inc. (Fannie Mae).
