Case Summary

The State of Indiana appeals the denial of a motion to correct error1 challenging a grant of summary judgment to Antonio Gonzalez-Vazquez ("Vazquez") upon his petition for post-conviction relief, which alleged ineffectiveness of trial counsel. We reverse and remand for further proceedings.
