OPINION

MAY, Judge.

Charles Meriwether appeals his convictions of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana1 and Class D felony possession of paraphernalia.2 He presents one issue for our review: Whether the trial court abused its discretion when it admitted Meriwether's statement indicating he had marijuana in his vehicle, and the marijuana and pipe subsequently found therein. We affirm.
