Paul M. Brock ("Brock") was convicted in Tippecanoe Superior Court of Class C felony auto theft, Class D felony intimidation, Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated, Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, and Class A misdemeanor striking a law enforcement animal, and was also found to be an habitual offender. The trial court sentenced Brock to an aggregate sentence of twelve years, with eleven years executed...
