Paul B. Sparks's probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve the entirety of his previously-suspended sentence at the Department of Correction after he admitted to violating a condition of his probation. He now appeals, raising two issues, one of which we restate and find dispositive: whether the trial court violated Sparks's due process rights in its handling of his probation revocation...
