Jim A. Edsall ("Edsall") pleaded guilty in January 2008 to five counts of Class A felony delivery of methamphetamine1 and one count of Class A felony conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine.2 In this belated appeal, Edsall raises two sentencing issues that we restate as:
