STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Kirstan Haub ("Haub"), d/b/a American Handyman Service ("AHS"), appeals the trial court's denial of his motion for summary judgment against Jenny Eldridge ("Eldridge"). Eldridge cross-appeals.
